At Cherish Homes, we prioritise energy efficiency by following Passiv Haus principles, utilising triple glazed windows, and featuring a certified mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery. These airtight structures come with 30cm of insulation which guards against heat loss as well as overheating. Energy consumption is low, resulting in reduced heating bills, with many home owners reporting total energy costs of well under £100 per month*

Air-Source Heat Pumps are a cost-effective, eco-friendly solution to heating and hot water needs. They run on electricity, produce no emissions, and reduce energy consumption by efficiently harnessing environmental heat. The Vaillant aroTHERM Plus System uses the latest heat pump technology, operates quietly, and has been accredited with the Quiet Mark & Green Home Award for 2021. An optional cooling upgrade is available.
